Coffee runs through the veins of the French owners Claude and Chantal, who brought their roasting expertise to Orlando when they established Le Cafe de Paris. Yellow Dog Eats

This old country store converted to a restaurant yells fun the minute you enter, its walls adorned with pictures of dogs and their owners everywhere. The summer months bring the largest crowds and most stifling temperatures. The weeks and months just before and after the summer months are better in terms of both weather and crowds. In winter, temperatures are at their coolest, crowds their smallest, and prices on accommodation their lowest. Orlando’s climate is humid and subtropical with two major seasons a year. From June to September, the weather is hot and rainy, while the dry season lasts from October through May.

Citizens of the Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the Kingdom of Brunei can visit the United States for up to 90 days without applying for a visa (as well as citizens of Andorra, Lichtenstein, Monaco and San Marino). Located only six miles southeast of downtown Orlando, the Orlando International Airport (MCO) is within 20 miles of almost all major hotels and attractions. It has two main terminals, serving a number of airlines, including domestic carriers Continental, American, JetBlue, Delta, Southwest, Midwest, Frontier, Northwest, AirTran, Spirit, United and US Airways, as well as a wide variety of international carriers like Aer Lingus, AeroMexico, Air Canada, Air Jamaica, British Airways, Lufthansa and Virgin Atlantic. There are nine rental car companies within walking distance of the main terminal, and Lynx bus lines 11, 51, 42, 111 and 407 connect the airport and the city center.

LYNX is a regional bus service in central Florida, including Orlando. You can either buy a single ride or buy a 7-day pass. You can buy your tickets online or from certain outlets in the area. LYNX bus stops are regularly marked by a round sign with a pink paw or with a pink bus symbol. LYMMO, a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service, operates in downtown Orlando, providing a non-congested route to the city’s major destinations. SunRail provides Central Florida with commuter rail service from DeBary in Volusia County to Poinciana in Osceola County. Four of the line’s stations are located in the City of Orlando, one of them being the Amtrak Station. Brightline connects South Florida and Orlando with high speed rail. The express train connects Miami and Orlando, and also stops in Aventura, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach.
