The Vacation Group acts as an advisor between guests booking with ALTOUR Vacations and the travel supplier(s) associated with this reservation.
Please be advised that all products, services, and payments related to your transaction will be fulfilled by The Vacation Group on behalf of ALTOUR Vacations. This means that The Vacation Group will handle the execution of your booking, including any necessary communications with you and/or your travel supplier(s), and payment processing.
We want to ensure you understand this relationship, so you know how your reservation(s) will be handled.
For the purposes of this document and agreement, ALTOUR Vacation and The Vacation Group are considered synonymous and may be referred to as “Our Agency” in this document and in any other document or statement you receive about your reservation(s). However, please note that ALTOUR Vacations does have a unique phone and email address for guests. See Below.

Marketing and Communication Opt-Out
You may receive promotional materials from ALTOUR Vacations and/or The Vacation Group via mail or email. To opt out of such communications, follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each message. Opting out will not affect the receipt of essential information related to vacation services.
Important Information:
Thank you for booking with ALTOUR Vacations, Powered by The Vacation Group. Please note that you are booking through our online booking system, and your reservation is created using the information you provide. It is important to provide accurate information at all points in the process. ALTOUR Vacations is independent of the cruise lines (aka “suppliers”) and, therefore, has terms and conditions separate and independent of our suppliers. It is important that you acquaint yourself with both our terms and the terms of our supplier, which are accessible in the links below. You are required to acknowledge that you have read and understand all terms associated with booking before completing the payment process for your reservation. ALTOUR Vacations may also impose cancellation fees independent of any cruise line penalty, even if at the time of cancellation, no cruise line penalty is imposed.
Upon completion of your online booking, you will be furnished with an initial receipt for your purchase by ALTOUR Vacations. Then, within 24-48 hours of booking (if a weekend, within 1-2 business days), you will be furnished with a full invoice from ALTOUR Vacations with a detailed overview of your reservation, including, but not limited to: Payment dates, any eligible perks (not all reservations qualify for perks), payment due dates, scheduled itinerary, passenger information, and more.
Pricing and Availability:
Fares shown are per person, based on double occupancy; however, some cruise lines including, but not limited to Atlas Ocean Cruises, Azamara, Carnival, MSC, Celebrity, and Royal Caribbean show the average price per passenger, based on the number of passengers listed by you. Images are based on depictions or renderings only and may vary from your actual ship, stateroom, or other supplier features shown. “From” prices are based upon the lowest fare and are subject to availability. Your exact price depends upon the selected day of departure, departure city, ship, cabin level and class of airfare (if applicable) available. Rates for third and fourth passengers are not shown. All prices and dates are subject to availability. All offers and upgrades are for selected dates, sailing, and cabin categories only, are subject to availability, and are capacity controlled. All prices and dates may not be available at the time of booking. If you book more than one reservation, each reservation must be made separately and is subject to all the same terms noted herein for both ALTOUR Vacations and the supplier and is based on availability.
